Strategic stage II: Further
strengthen the five major functions of information,
trade, logistics, exhibition and comprehensive
service of Tianyue International Building Material
Free Trade City; expand Tianyue’s marketing
networks at home and abroad; construct the major
logistics networks in the major logistics regions
in China and abroad; through allied cooperative
manner, integrate the effective resources both
at home and abroad to form a trade base and
logistics system of imported building materials
centered on Tianyue.
Strategic stage III: strengthen the construction
of Tianyue’s marketing networks in China
and out of China to promote and stretch in China
and abroad the functions of Tianyue International
Building Material Free Trade City; construct
the networks information, marketing and logistics
that can cover the whole world and integrate
the international needs for building materials
and the domestic resources so as to develop
in the direction of paralleling both import
and export. Establish the leading position of
Tianyue International Building Material Free
Trade City in the field of the world building
materials.
Qingdao is one of the most beautiful cities
in the world. The municipal government of Qingdao
city is carrying into execution the strategy
of reviving the city with port. The government
of Qingdao Free Trade Zone is “open-minded,
on-limits and efficient” and is paying
much attention to build a good investing environment.
Under the support of the government of the Free
Trade Zone, Tianyue International Building Material
Free Trade City is developing smoothly, and
is achieving exciting success. On May 18th,
2001, precontract for business started and within
3 days the rate of precontract exceeded 80%
with contracted amount of RMB 53 million yuan.
