  The mode of setting up office is to regard Qingdao as a “bridgehead” to enter into China’s market, an office established in China by foreign manufacturers to take charges of products popularizing and marketing management.
The mode of constructing plant by investment is to construct plant in the Free Trade Zone by taking advantages of Qingdao Free Trade Zone and superiority of Tianyue or to construct plant invested by Tianyue and to display, popularize and market on the base of joining Tianyue alliance.
