一、展销会宗旨
    弘扬2005年中国青岛—韩国周的主题 “青岛—最适合韩国人投资创业和居住生活的城市；韩国—青岛市密切的文化交流和经济合作的伙伴”，打造青岛-韩国间商品展示、贸易与物流平台，为加强中国与韩国建材行业信息、经济与技术合作服务；为韩国商品进入中国市场提供及时、便捷、低成本的服务；为青岛市会展产业培育新的品牌。
    二、展销会时间、地点及组织机构
    时间：2005年中国青岛-韩国周期间，2005年9月4、5、6、7日（共四天）
    地点：天悦国际商品自由贸易城（青岛保税区北京路）
    主办：（青岛）韩国周组委会、青岛市人民政府、 大韩民国驻青岛总领事馆
    承办单位：
    青岛保税区管理委员会、 天悦国际物流有限公司、 韩国（株）木友建设
    协办单位：
    韩国贸易协会、 中国建材市场协会、 韩国贸易振兴公社、 中国电子商务协会、 庆尚南道通商事务所、 青岛韩人商公会、 韩国建材协会。
    为办好本次展销会，青岛保税区管委会成立了“2005青岛韩国商品展销会组委会”，

    三、展销商品种类、参展商及招展推介
    展销会展销商品以建材、装饰材料为主体，同时也提供电子产品、服装、化妆品、工艺品、汽车饰品、土特产品等商品的展销。
    参展商由韩国（株）木友建设公司负责在韩国组织。近期，保税区管委会将会同天悦国际物流有限公司赴韩国召开“2005韩国产品青岛展销会推介会”，推介会由韩国（株）木友建设公司负责组织。
    展销会组委会拟邀请国务院信息办赵小凡司长、商务部信息化司王新培司长、中国建材市场协会会长朱光熊同志等出席展销会开幕仪式。
    四 、展销会特点
    1、展销会与国际贸易、国际物流相结合；定期展销与常年展示相结合
    天悦国际建材自由贸易城由天悦国际物流有限公司经营，天悦国际物流有限公司可提供与参展商品相关的保税仓储，进出口代理、运输、报关报检、代理、寄售、支付等服务。
    所有展品享受保税区的免税、保税、免证待遇。参展商品在自由贸易城内展示无时间限制，可定期展示，也可以常年展示；参展商可以展示商品，也可以进行国际贸易业务和国际物流服务业务。
    2、实物与虚拟相结合的会展模式
    位于保税区内的天悦国际建材自由贸易城由主展示楼、欧美商务楼、综合服务楼、现代物流仓储加工区组成。主展示楼内设信息中心、物流中心、国际标准展位、开放式展示大厅等，用户可在虚拟市场和实体市场上向全球展示展品及相关资料,进行交易、信息交换和物流运作，是目前国内最先进的虚拟与实体市场结合的国际贸易平台。
    本次展会将突破传统展会的模式，通过实物与虚拟展示的完美结合，应用世界领先的信息网络技术，使消费者通过e-market充分了解到参展商的产品信息。本此展会将向参展商提供免费的展示空间和展示间，并将向愿意作常年展的参展商提供优惠的综合服务。
    本此展会的室内标准展位均有电脑、电话、传真三种接口，确保参展商信息传递和通畅。每个标准展位都是一个功能齐全的商务办公室。
    3、全过程的展品物流服务
    本次展销会的参展商品由韩国（株）木友建设公司进行全过程的物流服务。这种参展商品组织模式改变了各参展商自行组织参展商品的包装、运输、报关报检等业务方式，由韩国（株）木友建设公司对全部韩国参展商的展品进行统一的、全过程的物流服务，降低参展商的参展成本。

3- Sorts of exhibits, exhibitors and meetings concerning the fair promotion
Main exhibits are housing materials and decorative materials. Meanwhile, Electronic products, garments, cosmetics, arts & crafts, automobile adornments, native products will also be exposed.
All exhibitors are organized by Korea Morkwoo Construction Co., Ltd.. Recently, the members concerned from The Organizing Committee of 2005 Qingdao Fair for Korean Commodities are going to Korea for promoting this fair. The said promotional activities will be also organized by Korea Morkwoo Construction Co., Ltd..
Some China governmental officials and China national building material association leader will be invited by The Organizing Committee of 2005 Qingdao Fair for Korea Commodities to attend the opening ceremony of this fair. They are
