1、供应商会员的定义：天悦国际建材供应商会员，是指按一定程序成为天悦供应商会员，并按采购合同向天悦和天悦会员供应建材产品的国际建材制造商或经销商。
2、供应商会员加盟天悦：
① 通过网上、传真或信函注册，填写《青岛天悦国际建材供应商会员意向书》；点这里下载加盟意向书
② 经过天悦初审合格后，双方签订《青岛天悦国际建材供应商会员协议书》；
③ 自《青岛天悦国际建材供应商会员协议书》签字生效之日起即为天悦国际建材供应商会员；
3、供应商会员退出天悦：
天悦组织“供应商会员协调委员会”，对供应商会员进行资格年度审查，对发现有问题的供应商，视情节轻重，分别给予警告、经济处罚、暂停会员资格、取消会员资格等处分。 供应商会员如果与天悦合作出现问题，经协商仍无法解决，即解除会员协议书，天悦须以书面形式通知另一方退出。

Definition of Tianyue Supplier Members: Tianyue Supplier members refer to international building material manufacturers or distributors who are Tianyue International Building Material Supplier Members, and hold the responsibility of supplying building materials and products, on the basis of purchasing contract, to Tianyue and its members.
2. How to be Tianyue Supplier Members:
a. Registration: Fill in the form of “ Qingdao Tianyue International Building Material Supplier Membership Letter of Intent”, by Email, Fax or Mail to registrate.
b. Agreement: Eligible supplier applicants sign the agreement of “ Qingdao Tianyue International Building Material Supplier Membership Agreement” with Tianyue.

c. Membership: From the day of signing the agreement of “ Qingdao Tianyue International Building Material Supplier Membership Agreement”, supplier applications are admitted as Tianyue International Building Material Supplier members.
3. Cancellation of Tianyue International Building Material Supplier Membership
Tianyue supplier members coordination Board, organized by Tianyue, holds yearly check for Tianyue supplier members. If any contract breach behavior found, the supplier would be warned, fined, temporarily canceled of its membership, or permanently canceled of its membership, depending on each individual case.
If supplier members still unable to cooperate with Tianyue after negotiation, they are allowed to stop the agreement with Tianyue. Tianyue would formally inform the supplier member the cancellation of its membership by paper.
